Your new tenant will be placed through a series of thorough necessary checks, after all, this isn’t just a rental property to us, this is your long term investment and we don’t take that lightly.
After conducting our systemised interview with interested parties, we assess income/employment, long term affordability, previous and current living arrangements and conditions, drive by their current premises (if local), company records, black list and credit databases checks. Only once they have gone through our rigorous application process, would we then present you with approved options along with long term leasing suggestions and appropriate market recommendations moving forwards… This is the time you then decide on your Platinum Tenant, which our team would then support and facilitate.
PLATINUM TENANT INDUCTION
Inducting your tenant is the most important appointment of the tenancy. At this scheduled appointment we outline clearly all the expectations to your tenant, before we handover the keys to your property. This reduces the chance of complicated problems arising later. We have also completed a series of Induction videos for your tenant, as well as information/instructional videos that your tenant can reference during the lease. We have you covered by ensuring your tenant fully understands all their obligations.
All maintenance requests are addressed in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA). PLATINUM have a network of qualified professional tradespeople and contractors available to carry out maintenance and repairs as well as a dedicated after hours service.

Rental payments are only accepted via secure online direct debits. All payments are made into a statutory trust account on your behalf. Our reporting system provides up to the minute updates so we are able to foresee any payments due before they are overdue, providing transparency of which we make available to you. Any utilities, water rates, council rates, building and landlords insurance and tradesperson invoices are paid on-time on your behalf, freeing up your time. You do not need to worry about any invoices in regards to the property. Ensure these invoices are all sent to us, and we can look after all this for you. Your rent is received by you on-time and you have 24/7 portal access. You can view what happening with your property from the comfort of your home anytime, or anywhere with your exclusive login access. With detailed account keeping and reporting procedures, you receive regular monthly reports, in addition copies can be forwarded to your nominated accountant, SMSF fund or nominated representative (by your written authority) No need to stress when it comes to end of financial year, as we have that covered too.
